Lancia Stratos

These days, it is hard to believe that 30 years ago the Italian design icon (Bertone) and the 3 consecutive years (74-75-76) World Rally Championship winning Lancia Stratos, was a sportscar difficult to sell. Only 492 of those fabulous supercars were ever produced. This particular "stradale"-version has covered only 6.000 km from new and had previously 2 collector owners. The Stratos I could recently buy is nog VGC, not completely restored, but just NEW ! (Even carrying everywhere on the mechanical items the original stickers). Logic that such rare Lancia was quickly sold to one of my excellent classic car friends abroad.
