How exciting to find this New York-motorshow car in original LHD form ! Chassis 25326 was one of the very last TA built and was upgraded by the Alvis factory as a prototype for the TC21/100 Tickford DHC to be exhibited at the New York motorshow. Easily recognisable by the little scoops on the bonnet, this "100" version was the first postwar Alvis to develop 100 BHP from the 3L, 6 cylinder engine and reach 100 MPH. Originally fitted with chrome brake drums and chrome wire wheels for the New York motorshow this TC21/100 was recently totally sorted by the race mechanic of Frank Sytner for personal use and touring in France. Over the years, the chassis and body structure have remained structurally very sound. All mechanics were overhauled with great expertise and recently this Alvis was totally re-upholstered. If you are charmed by the sympathetic lines of this TC21/100, you will certainly be seduiced by her powerful engine and well sorted road-behaviour when driving her. In LHD-form, a rare opportunity for the continental Alvis' enthusiast. This LHD TC21/100 with great provenance is also a great buy at 42.000 euro
