De Tomaso Pantera 1972 LHD I vividly remember the sensational appearance (and sound) when, as a teenager, I first saw a Pantera in the streets of my home town. Being confronted now, after 40 years, with this early production De Tomaso Pantera still gives me the same WOW feeling. Very spectacular unmistakable Italian seventies supercar design from Tom Tjaarda, working at that time for Ghia, combined with rational and very efficient musclecar power from a 351 ci (5,8 liter) Ford V8 coupled to ZF 5-speed gearbox, good for 330 HP and acceleration from 0 to 100 Km/h in 5,5 sec. This early production Pantera (with chassis n°: 874 THPNMY 04671) left de Modena factory in 1971 and is now considered as the most striking version in comparision with the later with loads of testosteron "inflated" GTS models. The total image of a 70-ies Italian supercar is perfectly completed by her rather unusual original bodycolor of olive green (once resprayed) in combination with her original excellent condition black vinyl interior and rolling on these fat characteristic Campagnolo light alloy wheels. Start the engine up and instantly your hart is acting as piston n° 9. Push the throttle and your hart jumps into your throat. Ready for strong sensations? Well, look no further and come and test-drive this Pantera.
