A renewed Porsche theme
Previous themes we developed in our Knokke Experience Room have always been a success, this most recent classic Porsche 911 & 912 theme was not different.
During the past weeks classic car enthusiasts made a lot of appointments with our Experience Room team. This resulted rather quickly into the sale of the 1968 Porsche 912 "soft window" Targa to a new Belgian customer.
The new classic Porsche 911 theme
This gives us the opportunity to develop further this classic Porsche 911 theme by replacing this charming entry level Ossi Blue 1968 Porsche 912 "soft window" Targa by another Targa but this time the top-level 1969 Porsche 911S Targa in silver grey metallic. Which will pair up fantastically with the already present 1969 Porsche 911E Coupé, definitely worth a new visit to our Experience Room at Knokke!
Porsche 911S Targa (1969)
This new addition has several very strong points which should interest the classic Porsche 911 enthusiast.
- Early 1969 2.0 litre S model producing 170 HP at 6.800 revs.
- Rare: in total only 1774 examples produced of which 614 in 1969.
- Sought after Targa model combining coupé & convertible pleasures.
- Much appreciated original colour combination of Silver Metallic with black leather interior.
- Original Porsche radio - antenna & speakers.
- Matching numbers for chassis (119310537) & engine (6391897)
- Very sound original condition.
- Only once repainted & correct retrim of front seats.
- Excellent all-round condition.
- Ready to go.
Porsche 911 Coupé (1969)
The classic 911E Coupé from 1969 convincingly demonstrating Butzi’s Porsche timeless design. Power comes from the mighty 2.0 litre flat-six developed by top engineer Hans Mezger.
