Those XK120 FHC's have allways been one of my favourite postwar classics. This sage green XK120 FHC in particular, was irresistable to me. First of all, there are these "Bugatti Atalante"-style, perfectly balanced lines. The purity of the design is even more accentuated by the rear wheel spats and the disc wheels. Secondly, I think that the colour combination of this soft sage green with tan leather interior, both showing some patina, is very striking. This XK120 was approx. 10-15 years ago totally restored for the president of the French Jaguar Owners' Club. A quick check-up learned me that it still is a perfectly sound car which was properly restored and now probably is in its' most attractive period because of the slight touch of patina on the whole car. Intelligent upgrades, such as 4 disc brakes and a Getrag 5 speed box, turn this XK120 into a very practical usable Jaguar. Indeed, this XK is a pleasure to drive thanks to excellent road manners, and smooth power from the mighty 3.4 liter engine. Surely one of the most attractive XK120 FHC's on the market at a very reasonable 45.000 euro.
